Safeguarding Curriculum

The safeguarding curriculum at Brantwood Specialist School has been developed as a way of informing our students of the potential risks that they or others may face. The sessions aim to inform students on how to keep themselves and others safe from these risks and what to do if they have any safeguarding concerns. Throughout the curriculum the key for students is keeping safe. There are several sessions that are delivered to students with themes such as what is safeguarding, Online Safety, Friendships and Boundaries, British values, CSE, Anti-Bullying etc. All the sessions are designed to give the students a better understanding of risks and how to keep themselves safe from them.
