Ruskin Mill Trust (formerly Ruskin Mill Educational Trust) is a registered charity governed by its trust deed dating from 1996 and as amended in 2007.

The Trustees and its directors are legally responsible for the overall governance and control of the charity.

The Trustees delegate day to day control and management to the Executive Team, which in turn delegates the day to day management of each of it's three colleges to a college Principal, supported by College Management Teams and staff from a central corporate service that includes HR and Finance.

The Corporate Operations Group is made up of a group of Senior Managers within the Trust. It has an information sharing and consultation role in support of the Executive Team.
