Looking Back on a Remarkable Year

December 30 2020

As 2020 draws to a close, Ruskin Mill Trust would like to acknowledge the progress and wonderful achievements of our students and to thank our incredible staff for their hard work and dedication in meeting the challenges of this unprecedented year.

Throughout the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, our students and young people have continued to excel and re-imagine their potential through our craft-based curriculum. Thanks to the dedication of our staff across the Trust, our students were able to continue enjoying an immersive learning experience in a safe and responsible way, working with animals and nature, nutrition, wood work, and more as the country went into lockdown.

Our students creativity was never dampened by the challenges faced over the past year, achieving incredible things like publishing a book, creating beautiful jewellery inspired by nature, rearing newborn animals on our farms, writing poems, building woodland shelters and much more.
